Results from a MindDay impact study conducted over 6 months with 1,100 MGEN beneficiaries, between June and December 2025. Three surveys were conducted among all beneficiaries at the launch of the study, at 3 months, and at 6 months on their satisfaction, their relationship to mental health, and their well-being scores (WHO-5), anxiety (GAD-7), depression (PHQ-9), and burnout (MBI).

A method based on the science of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Our team of psychologists has designed a method to democratize mental health and enable everyone to grow by developing their psycho-social, emotional, and relational skills. The MindDay app is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), grounded in a rigorous, evidence-based scientific approach, making it one of the most widely used methods worldwide. CBT relies on two key concepts to improve well-being:

- Neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to change and reshape itself throughout life
- Cognitive restructuring: transforming thought patterns to overcome cognitive biases, false beliefs, and vicious cycles.
